Introduction of equipment

This mechanical filter/multimedia filter is a pressure type filter. The filter layer installed in the filter is mainly used to remove the suspended solids in the water and the adhesive colloidal particles that cannot be removed by precipitation and clarification, so that the effluent is transparent. It can be used as a single-layer or double-layer filter according to the different filter materials installed.

Instructions

1)Filter:

Before putting it into operation, perform positive washing until the effluent water is clarified. Observe the water once an hour. If the water quality is not up to the requirements, stop immediately and perform backwashing, or determine the backwashing according to the inlet and outlet pressure difference. Generally, the head loss of the filter layer is cleaner than clean The filter layer is increased by about 0.05MPa.

2)Backwash:

Close the water inlet valve, open the drain valve, lower the water surface to the position of the sight glass tube, close the drain valve, open the compressed air inlet valve and the exhaust valve, and send compressed air from the bottom. After loosening the filter layer for 3 to 5 minutes, The gas is discharged from the exhaust valve.

Slowly open the backwash water inlet valve, the water enters from the bottom, when the exhaust valve overflows, immediately close the exhaust valve, open the backwash drain valve, the water is discharged from the upper part, the flow gradually increases, and finally a certain amount of backwash Intensity, make the filter layer expand 10%-15%, keep it for 2 to 3 minutes, close the compressed air inlet valve, and increase the backwash flow rate to expand the filter layer by 40%-50%, keep it for 1 to 2 minutes, and then close the Wash water inlet valve and backwash drain valve.

3)Washing:

During normal washing, open the water inlet valve and the drain valve of the normal washing, and the water is flushed from top to bottom. The flow rate of the normal washing is 5 meters per hour, and the washing is 5-10 minutes. When the water is transparent, the drain valve is closed and the water outlet valve is opened. Put into normal operation.

4)Attention should be paid when washing the mechanical filter:

There should be no sand running during backwashing. When encountering the abnormal phenomenon that the backwashing time exceeds the specified and the water is still unclear, the equipment should be inspected and repaired, and the backwashing speed should not be increased as much as possible to avoid damage to the water treatment equipment.
