Introduction
The iron and manganese removal filter is mainly suitable for the pretreatment of industrial softened water and desalinated water equipment in the groundwater removal of iron and manganese in high-iron and high-manganese areas. The equipment adopts the principle of aeration oxidation, manganese sand catalysis, adsorption and filtration of iron and manganese removal. The aeration device dissolves oxygen in the air in water, and then oxidizes Fe2+ and Mn2+ in water to insoluble Fe3+ and MnO2. , Combined with the catalysis, adsorption and filtration of natural manganese sand to remove iron and manganese ions from water.
Process standard
Influent water source: ground water, well water. Effluent water quality: domestic water, no color, peculiar smell, meeting domestic water standards. System configuration: well water self-priming pump, aeration device, sedimentation tank, raw water booster pump, iron and manganese removal device, activated carbon filter, water purification tank. System water production rate: 95%.
Process flow
Aeration device The well water is pressurized by the self-priming pump and then enters the aeration device. It is mainly to allow the well water to fully contact the oxygen in the air; use the oxidation method to oxidize the low-valent iron and low-valent manganese ions into high-valent iron The process of rapid precipitation of ions and high-valence manganese ions. The well water after oxygen aeration in the sedimentation tank reaches the sedimentation tank for precipitation. (It mainly acts as a buffer to allow sufficient time for the water to settle) The clear water after precipitation is pressurized by the booster pump and then enters the iron and manganese removal system, which mainly removes the sediment, rust, manganese, bloodworms, algae, For some metal substances, various suspended solids and other solid substances, the normal operating conditions of the system are as follows: the operating pressure is 0.3Mpa, and the average filtration speed is 15m/hr.
1. When the iron concentration in the local sewage is 5~10mg/l, the manganese concentration is 1~2mg/l, or the groundwater contains only iron but no manganese, and the iron concentration is about 10mg/l, it can be used Aeration-single-stage filtration for removing iron and manganese. Process flow: groundwater → deep well pump → aeration device → water tank → filter pump → iron and manganese removal device → reservoir → water unit.
2. If the groundwater contains high iron and manganese, that is, when iron is greater than 10mg/l and manganese is greater than 2mg/l, it is advisable to use aeration-two-stage iron and manganese removal filtration. Process flow: groundwater → deep well pump → aeration device → water tank → filter pump → primary iron and manganese removal device → secondary iron and manganese removal device → reservoir → water unit.
